Aluminum powder painting is such that the substructured aluminum profiles are transferred to the spray booth after installation on certain appointments that are connected to the conveyor (conveyor belt). Inside the cabin, powder paint is charged by electrostatic devices and sprayed into parts. After passing through the spray booth and entering the paint oven, the profiles travel the length of the oven whose temperature is set according to the instructions of the paint used for 15 minutes or more. The profiles are transferred to the next stage after leaving the furnace and separating from the appointments, and after control, and after cooling, in order to prevent damage or scratches on the profiles during transportation. The profiles are packed in packs of 6 or 8 and thin nylon is placed on the side.
